Part 2: We are burying our children with our actions
In my previous article of “We are burying our children with our actions“, which was about Israel and Hamas at that time… I did mention how our uncalculated actions towards Israel are going to cause more deaths among us in the region.
And now, with my support to the resistance to occupiers, I am getting 2nd thoughts about Hezbollah. I am not questioning their patriosm or such, but what I am questioning is the following:
1. Why are you launching missiles from a movable truck in a city of Qana? You knew that Israeli’s intelligence is watching from the sky where you are launching from and it is going to hit back in that same location! [Update: According to witnesses, there were no any military action from Hezbollah in Qana and neither can Israeli's army prove there was.]
2. You knew that Israel doesn’t care about our people, so why give them reason to hit us back where our innocent people are?
3. Isn’t it time to just step down for a little bit, and give the government a chance to negotiate. You know that Israel is not going to stop killing us, so why not just try to avoid escalation?
One of your answers might be:
1. They will not stop, so what is the point of stepping down? We should keep pressuring the,
2. They are occupying our land and we need to kick them out.
3. etc. etc.
I know where Hezbollah is coming from, but is it really worth it? Is it really worth that many casualties among our children, women, and men?
You might be right, if we don’t resist then Israel will keep creating massacres in our homeland. And if we never resist, then kiss good bye to Palestine, Julan, and other occupied territories.
My 2 cents there.

Easy for you to say, while Israel is getting more than 3 billion dollar a year from US and that is excluding all of the military help that it has.
How can you expect a country to grow with no country to be identified by its borders? How can even people live with being bombarded daily and know that their father or child died 2 days ago?
Unfortunately, that is how most of uneducated people out there think….
I really understand your misgivings concerning the uncalculated actions towards Israel but you have to know that Israel is highly planning to destroy the will of resistance either in Palestine or Lebanon without giving it the pretext to carry out this barbaric deed.In fact, the Israeli greatly aspires to be the only force in the region, so my opinion is to keep provoking him in order to incite him to take into account the existance of the Arab people who love their land and have the will to defend it whatever the consequences!MOHAMED LAHMIDI

israel has the smallest land mass in the middle east, but it’s got most of the GDP. it’s a shame you people are blinded by hate of another people to the point where you run your region into ruin attempting to attack them. if you guys would put your suicide belts, rockets, and hostage takers away and focus on creating jobs and bettering the world, the middle east would be a much better place.
